Life’s a journey, and sometimes we need someone to hear us out as we piece it all together.
If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, you’ve come to the right place.
I’m Diljeet K. Jandu, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am also a certified Art of Living teacher, trained in breathwork and meditation.
I believe everyone has a unique story to tell. Through compassionate listening and evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness & meditation —I help clients unearth the hidden thoughts influencing their emotions, whether that’s fear, anxiety, sadness, or a tangled mix of feelings.
My path to this work wasn’t traditional, and that’s shaped how I show up for my clients. I understand life transitions, career uncertainty, and the weight of starting over. I bring both analytical clarity and heartfelt compassion to our work together.
However long or short our journey may be, my hope is to help you recognize the strengths and resilience that already lie within you. I’m here to help you help yourself.
Let’s connect.
