
Mental health can encompass an understanding of your brain when it is overwhelmed by the burdens of the world.
Just as we would attend to a sprained ankle, we also need to attend to our emotional (feelings), mental (thoughts), and physical (body) health.
All these aspects of our health come together to make us whole. Recognizing the signs of your own wear and tear is the first step in seeking help to heal yourself from the burdens you carry in the world.
Attending to your mental health and well-being is not a weakness, but rather a sign of strength and bravery. Learning new ways to cope, function, and thrive takes tremendous willpower in each moment. However, when faced with debilitating thoughts of despair, the last thought anyone has is a positive one. Yet, that is the journey: from negative to neutral, and then from neutral to positive ( π)β¦ itβs a way to unstuck yourself from stuck.. π
Take care of yourself, blessed being. You are so worth it. Remember, the #SKY is the limit. π
